He is the First Director of our Company. He has been associated with our company since incorporation.
Mr. Chandra Prakash Madrecha (Joint Managing Director)
Mr. Chandra Prakash Madrecha is the Joint Managing Director of our Company. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Commerce from University of Rajasthan. He has an experience of 15 years in the field of finance, especially in IT Industry. He has been associated with our Company since November 27, 2006.
Mr. Sanjiv Singhal (Nominee Director)
Mr. Sanjiv Singhal, a Non-executive, Nominee Director, represents BanyanTree Growth Capital L.L.C. on the Board of our Company. He holds Masters Degree in Business Administration and Arts from Wharton Business School (USA) and University of Essex, UK, respectively. He has 13 years of experience in banking. He has also authored a book titled ‘Internet Banking: The Second Wave’. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with Standard Chartered Bank.
Mr. Mukul Gulati (Nominee Director)
Mr. Mukul Gulati is a Non-executive, Nominee Directors, represents ZP II Trimax Limited and ZP II Trimax Co-investment Trust on the Board of our Company. He holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Columbia University. He has 15 years of experience in Finance. He is presently associated with Zephyr Peacock India. He has previously been associated with Reuters Group, London and Multex Market Guide, New York.
Mr. Om Prakash Gahrotra (Independent Director)
Mr. Om. Prakash Gahrotra is Non-executive, Independent Director on the Board of our Company. He holds master’s degree in Social Sciences (Development Finance) from Birmingham University; He is a former Indian Administrative Service Officer belonging to the batch of 1969 of Maharashtra cadre. He carries 30 years of experience in finance & administration. Prior to joining our Company, he had served as Commissioner (Sales Tax), as Additional Chief Secretary (Finance) to the Government of Maharashtra and as Joint Secretary of Overseas Investment and Plantation Crops, Ministry of Commerce, Government of India. In past he was associated with Securities and Exchange Board of India, Rewas Port Limited and Maharashtra State Co-operative Cotton Growers’ Marketing Federation Limited.
Mr. Surinder Singh Kohli (Independent Director)
Mr. Surinder Singh Kohli is Non-executive, Independent Director on the Board of our Company He holds a bachelor degree of science in mechanical engineering from Banaras Hindu University and Diploma in Industrial finance from Indian Institute of Bankers. He has 40 years of experience in the past he was associated as CMD with India Infrastructure Finance Company Limited, India Infrastructure Finance company (UK) Limited, London, as CMD with Punjab National Bank.
Mr. Charanpreet Singh (Independent Director)
Mr. Charanpreet Singh is Non-executive, Independent Director on the Board of our Company. He holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Iowa, USA and Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur. He has 25 years of experience in IT marketing and strategy.
