Operational Support
Our service delivery model includes both off-site and on-site services, which enables us to coordinate directly with the customer to resolve their IT problems. We maintain a NOC at our data centre in Bangalore and NOC facility in Mumbai. Our NOC is staffed around the clock, 365 days a year and is designed to provide initial point of contact problem identification and resolution.

The NOC staff, consisting of network engineers and support personnel, is able to promptly detect problems and, through established procedures, rapidly resolve most technical issues that arise.

The system‘s network management and monitoring tools continuously monitor the network and server performance.

Data centre houses central network servers, as well as the network staff, who monitor network traffic, service quality and equipment to ensure a reliable internet service for our customers.

Have backup power generators and software and hardware systems designed to prevent network downtime in the event of a system failure.
