Hi Trimax team,

I want to thank you for the commitment to provide a reliable network to BT and Pepsico. Over the last 1.5 years BT have put measures in place to review reliability and resolution time performance service levels on a weekly basis. All of this work has not gone to waste.

Typical ticket volume over May, June and July were between 30 and 50 tickets. However we have noticed that each time Trimax request BSNL to perform proactive preventative maintenance, the weeks following show dramatic improvements in reliability (and the resulting decline in ticket volume). The recent audits in late July 2011 were again testament to the importance of taking preventative maintenance seriously, with a total of 3 tickets raised over 10 days, two of which were cable cuts – which were not preventable anyway.

Your partnership and support is appreciated and I wanted to make sure that those in your management were aware of the hard work and negotiation that you have been doing, and its successes. Keep up the good work!!!
